Make an in-store or online purchase between November 21 and 27, 2025, then complete the entry form by indicating your place of purchase as well as your invoice or order number. Option 2 – Win a $500 Mode Choc gift card (no purchase required). Complete the entry form and select “No purchase” for the question “Where did you make your purchase?” To enter the double contest, please complete the online form (accessible through your order confirmation email or via the contest banner on the website’s home page) no later than November 28, 2025. One entry per person, open to individuals 18 years and older.
