If you’re not satisfied with the received items, you can make a return directly on our web site. To do so, you need to log into your client account by clicking on the "Login" button below. If you have placed an order as a guest, all you have to do is enter your email address and order number* and click on " Return."

Items bought online via in-store pickup can only be exchanged or refunded in store.

*The order number is in the order confirmation email or at the bottom of your receipt.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Starting on November 1st, purchases made for gifts can be returned up until January 15th. Purchases made in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store on presentation of the receipt. For purchases made online, a refund will be made via your original payment type upon reception of the returned items.

IN-STORE RETURN PROCEDURE

You can exchange or return any purchased item(s) bought online in any of our stores. In order to facilitate the transaction, please make sure you have the original receipt and the item(s) with you.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT…

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Returns for any purchases of $10 or less are not accepted on modechoc.ca.
  • Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in store.
  • Items bought online via in-store pickup can only be exchanged or refunded in store.
  • Gift cards are not refundable.
  • Online returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of arrival of the package(s) for regular priced items only.
  • All items on sale are final sales at modechoc.ca. However, they can be exchanged in-store.
  • The refund will be issued according to the original method of payment.
  • We will refund or exchange underwear articles and swimsuit bottoms only if the merchandise is returned the same way it was delivered; It has to be unworn and should not have been washed. Plus, all articles must be returned in their original packaging with the price tag still attached. The hygienic protection inside must not be removed. 
    *For your protection and the protection of other customers please keep your underwear when you try on lingerie articles or swimsuit bottoms.

Every refund is issued according to the original payment method and within 7 business days following the refund validation.

You can cancel an order as long as we haven’t sent you a confirmation shipping invoice. You can verify if we have or have not sent you the confirmation shipping invoice by contacting our customer service representatives at 1-844-887-2462. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you can return your order as soon as you receive it by following the above procedure.

A FEW TIPS TO AVOID RETURNS

  • During your shopping, carefully consult the sizing chart. As we have several brands in store, the sizing may change from one product to another.
  • Make sure to review your order before finalizing your payment.
