Will I have to wait for the presale items to arrive before my order is shipped?

No, you won’t! We will process your order in two steps. In the first step, the regular (non-presale) items will be shipped to you, as a standard order would. As soon as the presale items arrive in our warehouses, then comes the second step. These presale items will be shipped to you, in the same way your first part of the order was. You will receive a confirmation email including the order’s tracking number once the presale items are on their way to you. The same applies for in-store pickups.


How long do I have to wait for the presale articles to arrive?

We usually cannot give a precise answer as to when the presale items will arrive. However, you can find an estimate time of arrival in the item’s description. One thing is for sure, we can guarantee you the wait is totally worth it!


Do I have to pay shipping fees twice?

No! As per usual, to benefit from a free shipping, the total amount of your order must be over $75, excluding the presale items. When buying presale items, a $2.99 handling charge is automatically applied to your total, no matter the final amount of your order.

Are all the products I found in store available on www.modechoc.ca ?

No. All the products you find on modechoc.ca can be found in the store. However, not all the products in the store are on the site. You may therefore see ads for products on modechoc.ca or elsewhere that are only available in stores.


Can I buy products that are not available online?

No. Only products available on modechoc.ca can be sold online. For more information on any of our product(s) please contact our customer service representatives.


Are the prices in-store and online the same?

Yes. Our prices are always the same online and in-store.


Is it possible to receive more information about promotions and fashion trends?

Do I have to create an account to buy online?

You are never required to create an account to purchase products online at modechoc.ca. You can choose to purchase as a guest by simply providing us your email address. By providing your email address you have access to your order and your billing.


When I put items in my shopping bag, do I have to buy them?

Never are you required to buy the items you put in your shopping bag.


Can I modify or cancel my account?

Yes. You can modify your account directly in your customer profile or cancel it any time by contacting our customer service representatives at toll-free number 1-844-887-2462.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit Card (Visa, Visa Debit Card & MasterCard), Visa Checkout, Mode Choc Gift Card. All transactions are in Canadian dollars.


SHIPPING

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping is free for orders over $75.00. This offer is valid in Canada only on merchandise ordered through the site.There is a $10.00 flat rate shipping for all orders under $75.00 through all Canada.


Can I cancel an order before it ships?

No, for logistical reasons, once an order is placed on our website, it is impossible to cancel it. To receive a refund, you will need to return the merchandise once you have received it, using the return label included in your package. Please note that we will not refund shipping fees, and you can return the merchandise to the store at any time.


Can I have my order delivered elsewhere than my billing address?

Yes. You can have your order shipped to any Canadian address. Simply enter the address in the ‘’Shipping’’ section.


Why are there shipping costs?

Mode Choc works hard to offer its clients the best retail price on the market. Shipping costs cannot be hidden in our product price. 100% honesty is our motto!


How can I track my package?

When you have completed your purchase, you will automatically receive an email confirming your shipping order. In this email, you will find the link to the Canada Post site that will allow you to track the progression of your package. You will also be able to review your order status via your customer account under the ‘’Order history’’ tab.


What is the delivery timelines for my order?

You have to wait within 4 to 7 business days for delivery in Canada. This timeline does not include weekends and holidays.


Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship in Canada.


Can I buy online and pick up my order in store?

Of course you can and it’s free! You only have to select the "in-store pickup" option in the buying process. All deliveries for in-store pickups will arrive within 1 to 10 business days.** When your purchase is ready at your selected store, we will contact you by email to let you know that your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that items bought online via in-store pick-up are refundable and exchangeable in stores only. ** Please not that for Moncton, all deliveries will arrive in store within 20 business days.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I exchange and return online purchases in-stores?

Yes, you can exchange or get a refund at any time for merchandise purchased on modechoc.ca in the store of your choice. Note that the terms and conditions are the same as in-store: exchangeable and refundable within 30 days following the receipt of the package for regular priced items only that are in their original condition. When you go into the store, make sure you have the original receipt and the product(s) you want to return or exchange. The refund will be made according to the original payment method. All sale products purchased on modechoc.ca are a final sale. However, they may be exchanged in store.


What is the shipping rate for a return?

It is now free for any Canadian return.


Can I return an in-store purchase online?

No. A purchase made in store can only be returned in-store. Likewise, items bought online via in-store picking are refundable in stores only.

What is the timeline to ask for an exchange or refund online?

You have a period of 30 days to return regular priced items following the date of receipt of the merchandise. Items on sale are final sales.

Are my online purchase(s) safe?

Yes, modechoc.ca is hosted on an SSL secure server, which means that all data transmitted to us online is encrypted and completely protected.
