Shipping is free with any purchase(s) over $75.00. This offer is only valid in Canada, on products ordered online via the Website. It doesn’t include taxes and gift cards. We offer a flat rate of $10 for all shipping in Canada. Usually, all deliveries will arrive within 4 to 7 business days, excluding weekend and holidays.
Mode Choc works hard to offer its clients the best retail prices on the market. In this case, the shipping rate cannot be hidden in our product prices. 100% honesty is our motto!
In-store pickup - Available from May 27th
The in-store pickup option is totally free. It means that your order will be delivered to your chosen Mode Choc store that you have previously selected in the shipping option of your purchase. Usually, all deliveries will arrive in-store within 1 to 10 business days.** When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email. Then, you must go in front of the main door of your pickup store during the scheduled hours (see schedule below). At your arrival, call the 1-844-887-2462 to say you’re here and the responsible person will be happy to bring you your order.
Schedule for in-store pickup:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4pm
Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm
Sunday: 12 pm – 4 pm
** Please not that for Moncton, all deliveries will arrive in store within 20 business days.
Return & Exchange
All you need to do is to click on the "Return" button at the very bottom of the page and to follow the procedure for returns.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- For any purchases of $10 or less, returns are not accepted.
- Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in store.
- Items bought online via in-store pickup can only be exchanged or refunded in stores.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
- Online returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of arrival of the package(s) for regular priced items only.
- All items on sale are final sales at modechoc.ca. However, they can be exchanged in store.
- The refund will be issued according to the original method of payment.
- We will refund or exchange underwear articles and swimsuit bottoms only if the merchandise is returned the same way it was delivered ; It has to be unworm and should not have been washed. Plus, all articles must be returned in their original packaging with the price tag still attached. The hygienic protection inside must not be removed.
*For your protection and the protection of other customers please keep your underwears when you try on lingerie articles or swimsuit bottoms.
You can exchange or return any purchased item(s) bought in any of our stores. In order to facilitate the transaction, please make sure you have the original receipt and the item(s) with you.
Every refund is issued according to the original payment method and within 7 business days following the refund validation.
You can cancel an order as long as we haven’t sent you a confirmation shipping invoice. You can verify if we have or have not sent you the confirmation shipping invoice by contacting our customer service representatives at 1-844-887-2462. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you can return your order as soon as you receive it by following the above procedure.

- During your shopping, carefully consult the sizing chart. As we have several brands in store, the sizing may change from one product to another.
- Make sure to review your order before finalizing your payment.
- You can exchange or refund in any of our stores.
In Canada, Mode Choc collects sales tax on products ordered through this website. The sales tax rate that will apply to an order depends on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in all provinces, except in the following provinces where the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: Nova Scotia (15%), Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (13%) and Prince Edward Island (14%). In addition, provincial sales tax is added to all orders in Quebec (9.975%).
